Favorite plants for a Minnesota climate

Annual Plants

Annuals are plants that will need to be replanted season after season. Some of my favorites are great for getting multiple harvests out of just one single planting. With some good succession planting, others will also feed you all season long.

Perrenials Plants

Perennials plants are awesome plants for long term gardening because they come for many years. Some of my favorites can stand the cold Minneapolis winters with very little support. Others just need a little TLC to make it through the tough winters.
